Meet Our Founder
James Robinson has dedicated decades to guiding young people toward opportunity, responsibility, and hope.
After overcoming a life of crime, incarceration, and hardship, James R. committed his life to helping young people avoid the same path. Through Robinson New Way Empowerment, he works to guide and mentor youth by providing direction, employment opportunities, and the support they need to build better futures.
He partners with local businesses, community leaders, and courts to provide mentorship, job training, and meaningful opportunities for young people who may otherwise struggle to find direction.
